The Leather we produce are passed through a number of quality tests in our well equipped laboratory of quality testing. The testing is done manually as well as with the use of chemicals and hi-tech testing machines. Quality is our strength. The factors which determine their quality are:-

Leather Making Process

In order to produce good quality leather various production related stages are involved. If these steps are followed perfectly one by one then it is not difficult to produce bulk quantities without any hassles. The production starts right from the extracting the skin of dead animals from which the hide is removed by implementing the use of machines and chemicals. After the process of tanning it is soaked in chemical so that the impurities are removed. Then with support of heaters and fans the leather is made to dry. In the end they are finally processed to give it a perfect finishing.
